All pieces are made by hand in my studio in Nashville, TN.  Some items may not be immediately available for shipping or may require a waiting period.  Please be patient.

Some of the items in the shop are in stock and ready to ship.  Those that are not readily available, it will be noted in the item's listing.  Turn around is typically 1-2 weeks for items not in stock or backordered.

All custom orders have a turn around dependent on the specific item, but please allow at least 6-8 weeks.  Custom and made to order items are not returnable.

If there is an issue with your order or any item is damaged in shipment, please contact me as soon as possible.  Customers are responsible for the safe shipment back to the studio, so please take care if packing your item for return.  Returned items may incur a restocking fee.  Any refund will be returned via Paypal.
