Handmade Items

All pieces are made by hand in my studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Due to the handmade nature of the work, some items may not be immediately available for shipment and may require additional processing time.

Each piece is created with care and attention to detail. Your patience is appreciated while your order is prepared.

Product Availability

Some items listed in the shop are in stock and ready to ship. Items that are not currently available for immediate shipment will be noted in the individual product listing.

For items that are not in stock or are currently backordered, the typical turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks.

Custom Orders

Custom order turnaround times vary depending on the specific item and the details of the request. Please allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for custom orders to be completed.

Custom and made-to-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Order Issues and Damaged Items

If there is an issue with your order, or if an item arrives damaged during shipment, please contact me as soon as possible so the matter may be reviewed.

Returns

Customers are responsible for safely shipping returned items back to the studio. Please take care when packing any item for return shipment to help prevent damage during transit.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
